Unconditional Love

β€œWhen we can look upon ourselves with Unconditional Love, then we can radiate that upon the World.”

A sad truth is that often hatred is masked as love.
It isn't conscious. Not at all. But it still Is.

When we hate ourselves, we hate others.

When we pretend to love ourselves, we pretend to love others.

When we can't stand ourselves and we crawl in our skin to even feel into our truth, we cannot stand others or their truth.

We point fingers, we blame, we name.... anything but to feel the deep scarred sense of shame buried deep within.

We are a war torn society. Many of us have walked through some form of trauma or another. Most of us have scars. Many of us have some form of scream of terror within.

This feels like part of the divisiveness. The disconnection. The inability to come together as a whole.

When we learn to love ourselves, truly. All parts of the whole. Then we can truly extend love to others.

When we can learn to celebrate ourselves and all that we've learned and the courage it took to walk our path, then we can extend that to others.

When we can look upon ourselves with Unconditional Love, then we can radiate that upon the World.

When we hold ourselves in love, our wings wrap around and extend to the heavens and all around and We Are Love Incarnate.

Surviving to Thriving~

β€œThe more that we Love ourselves truly and keep ourselves Safe, the more that we build a foundation of Trust.”

When we are in survival mode we give our attention and energy towards all that may "seem" of danger. And while there is real danger out there, when we are in survival, we can take someone's words or something that we see online as an immediate threat. Anything can become a trigger. We create drama. We create trauma. We get stuck in flight, fight, or freeze, and looping. We are drawn to people and situations that fuel this, and we think it's "love" because it's what we've known (this pertains to anyone who has had childhood trauma). And we thrive upon the trauma drama.

Our body actually becomes addicted to the chemicals secreted in stress.

Cortisol, Catecholamines-epinephrine and norepinephrine, Adrenaline, and Endorphins.

We become trauma drama junkies.
We Look For It. We Want It.

We miss the positive and the beautiful of ourselves, and our world. We miss the courageous. We miss the bravery. We miss the glory. We miss the lesson and the wisdom gained.
We miss the Sacredness of Life Itself.

In the healing of our nervous systems, we find peace.

Within ourselves. Within our world. This is the way.

And while a good storm can come through to rumble and boom and get us out of our comfort zones in order to heal more deeply. It is the everyday thoughts, feelings, life, and experiences that shape our reality.

Setting firm boundaries against that which moves us into a state of unease and anxiety is key. Listening to the body and honoring its messages. Note who makes you feel safe, and doesn't. Who lifts you up, and who doesn't. Who do you find healing and a feeling of being grounded and calm with. What places and spaces feel good, and where doesn't. What food and drink makes you feel good, and what doesn't. What we are taking in media wise, what is lifting and healing, what is continuing to fuel the sauce of stress chemicals. What activities feel good, and what is depleting, etc... And make adjustments accordingly. The more that we listen to our body and these cues, the more we begin to trust ourselves and our decisions. The more that we Love ourselves truly and keep ourselves Safe, the more that we build a foundation of Trust.

Of Stability. Of Safety. Of Inner Peace.

When we honor our truth in this way, and create this inner stability and safety, we have clarity. We can sense what is a true danger and what is triggering our ego or our nervous system. We can take the lesson and wisdom gained from our experience and share it forward and move forward ourselves. We Can Heal. We can create from a space of stillness and surety. We feel peace. We create peace. This is truly the key.

Take Great Care of Thyself~

When we nurture ourselves, we then fill our cup to overflowing and all of this love and care spills out onto others.

When we leave ourselves to last and find our cup empty and dry, we become bitter and resentful.

We must Nourish to Flourish.

~drinking plenty of water
~eating a healthy diet
~spending time in nature
~spending time with uplifting people in uplifting situations
~learning new things
~spending our time, energy, and money doing and giving to fulfilling moments, projects, and adventures
~listening to our body and minding what she says
~cultivating and creating healthy habits
~speaking and thinking kind thoughts
~holding healthy boundaries
~resting and relaxing
~getting plenty of sleep
~acknowledging our feelings and finding a creative way for them to flow
~doing all the little things that makes our heart happy, we write, we sing, we dance, we paint, we pray, we play.

We Enjoy Life. We Enjoy Ourselves. We Enjoy Our Family.

Ceremony

Every Offering of The Self is Ceremony.

Simply So.

Life is Ceremony.

I worked with a spiritual business mentor a few years ago, and she asked me "What does it mean to be a Medicine Woman?"

It took a trip to the coast to visit the ultimate Medicine Woman of Mama Ocean and another week of integrating before the answer came through one day while working in a garden bed I had dedicated to my Ancestors. It came through like a bolt of lightening while weeding the holy basil and tobacco under the light of the waxing crescent moon. This sliver of moonlight represents the light of illumination coming through the doorway of the dark moon/womb cave as we roll away the stone to re~merge and take all that we gained from our inner communion with our depths and divinity into the world to share.

"Life Is Ceremony" It came up from my belly, through my heart, into my throat, and bubbled up into my brain and my whole being lit up. Of Course!

And So It Is. I looked at how life truly is ceremony. Simply So. When we slow down and pay attention to every little thing, when we take the time to put care and intention into every single act, thought, feeling... this is ceremony. When we take the time to commune with the divine, with our ancestors and our angels, with our higher purpose, with our integrity of truth... this is ceremony. When we close our eyes and listen to the hum of the bees, or the song of the birds, or the wind in the trees...this is ceremony. When we notice the intricate beauty and grace in the flowers, their pure life color pouring through, and we Feel It...this is ceremony.

And All of Life is Medicine. Every Soul in our Life is Medicine. All destined and designed to bring us back to Our Truth.

To Our Divinity. To Our Holiness. To Life.

Integration is Key. Without the integration, the act of ceremony becomes a drug. Simply So. It becomes our quick fix to the holy. It doesn't work like that. Every layer must be absorbed. Fully Imbibed. Taken all the way within, dissected, directed, and understood. Thus illuminating all parts within and without In Truth. Then the ripple effect takes place. In our heart, our body, our mind, our field, our family, our life. Without it, we only accumulate and overwhelm further.

Every act of self care is ceremony. Every act of kindness is ceremony. Every bite into the raw goodness of Life is ceremony.

Every Offering of The Self is Ceremony.

Simply So.

We Create What We Radiate~

β€œWhen we connect with others in love and gratitude our entire frequency field lights up and expands exponentially. When we get stuck in depressive or negative thoughts and emotions, our entire frequency field dims and gets smaller.”

The Human BioField and the Law of Vibration, and Law of Attraction

Our heart has a capacity to vibrate and emit an electromagnetic frequency that becomes our BioField. Our Toroidal Field. Every living being has a toroidal field, including the Earth. This magnetic field then draws and attracts that which is in a similar resonance. Like Attracts Like. This is how our reality "shows up" for us. We draw experiences, people, and situations that vibrate a similar vibration to our own biofield.

Our emotions vibrate at a specific frequency. Fear, hatred, anger, lust, rage, guilt, shame, depression, are all at the lower spectrum. Love, bliss, joy, peace, happiness, gratitude, appreciation are at the higher spectrum. Our thoughts have their own emission of frequency, but it is a much smaller rate and affect on our biofield, however, they do influence our emotions and thus our heart's frequency.

When we connect with others in love and gratitude our entire frequency field lights up and expands exponentially. When we get stuck in depressive or negative thoughts and emotions, our entire frequency field dims and gets smaller.

Just like our body stores frequency patterns in the cellular tissue (known as cellular memory) our BioField also holds frequency patterns. These begin to encode from conception and our field is a multidimensional frequency pattern that carries forth vibrational patterns from other lifetimes and patterns from our ancestral lineage.

We have the power of choice and free will to constantly and consistently engage with our hearts in a conscious manner and strengthen our connection to our heart and thus our vibratory field.

Thus giving us the Power over the Expression of our Field and Reflection of Life.

Vertigo~ When Disaster Strikes

It all begins with an idea.

VERTIGO

βš‘οΈπŸ˜΅β€πŸ’«πŸŒͺπŸ’«

When disaster strikes, whatever it may be, if it is enough to knock us off our center, we can become ungrounded and become dizzy.

When our nervous system becomes triggered to a state of fear or panic, we shift into the sympathetic nervous system and move into a state of fight, flight, or freeze. The more heightened or long term this state becomes, we may find ourselves moving up and out of our body- this is the freeze. We are prepared for imminent death. We are ready for the tiger to strike, kill, and devour us.

When we try to keep going in life in this situation, we are fighting a hormonal response and we become ungrounded, dizzy, and weak. And though there is no tiger chasing us, our fearful thoughts tell the body otherwise. Our mind is locked into fear, and it is telling our body we are in danger. When we begin to move through thoughts of fear and panic, our body begins to secrete the appropriately responding chemicals and hormones to prepare the body. And we truly begin to spin.

The key to moving out of Vertigo is to STOP.

Literally.

Put Everything Down.

Including Your Self.

Just Stop.

And Breathe.

Breathe into the Belly. Tell your mind and your body that you are safe. Breathe into the safety. Breathe into the heart. Place one hand on the heart and the other on the belly. Place your lower back against a chair and your feet on the floor. Sit up straight and feel your spine extend. Feel your strength. Breathe into the mind. Connect with your angels, ancestor, and helpers. Breathe back into the belly and keep breathing there.

Sit for a Long, Long Time. Just Be. With all of it. You are not any of it. You are You. A Soul Star. Having a Human Experience. Open the eyes and look slowly from one side to the other, maintaining a slow, deep breath. Note the colors that surround you. Then slowly look side to side again, and note the light that surrounds you. Look again and note the items of love and joy that surround you. Breathe into the heart. Breathe into the belly. Really ground in. Place your hands on your head, you are safe. Breathe there. Feel your feet on the ground, breathe there.

Grounding~

If you can go on a leisurely walk in nature, do. Breathe in the pine and cedar, or the ocean, or the summer flowers. Feel the earth or the warm sand beneath the feet. This calms the mind and the entire nervous system. It regulates our perception of reality and brings it back into a natural baseline.

Sitting outside with the flowers, bees, butterflies and bees brings peace and clarity as we can See that all is well, thriving, growing. We take that in and it regulates our nervous system.

If you can get by moving water like a creek, river, or stream, please do. If you can put your hands and feet in, do. Face and head is fantastic. This cleanses our field and resets our nervous system. Washing your face in cool water at the sink is great too, smile at yourself in the mirror, you're doing it! You're taking care of yourself and doing amazing!!

Hum. Find a tone or sound like "ah", or "ohm" and hold it for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times. This stimulates the vagal nerve shifting us back into a parasympathetic nervous state.

Keep the body warm. Warm epsom or sea salt baths. Flower baths if you can.

Eat warming, grounding, and nourishing foods. Steer away from processed, and move towards wholeness. Think grounding. Beef, Bison, Deer/Venison, Elk. Root Vegetables. Fats and Oils.

Rest.

Remember these are waves.

Congratulate yourself on how well you are doing. Take deep care of yourself, and congratulate and appreciate how well you are taking care of yourself amidst everything.

Be that Calm for YourSelf in the little tasks of Self-Care. It is much like the chop wood, carry water, bake bread. This is the moving meditation that keeps us grounded into Life. Into Source. Into Spirit. Into Our Knowing. Into Our Higher Expression Of Self.

Give yourself permission to feel peace, amidst the storm. To be the peace, in the eye 🧿 of the storm.

Let the Angels and Guardians hold you for a time. Let them take all of the worry, the troubles, the pain, and hold it for you. Let them help you bring it to strength, wisdom, clarity, and peace. In the greater picture of it all, All Is Well. Be that remembering. That Truth. God's Got You. Spirit Has You. Your Angels Have You. Your Soul Has You. Your Ancestors Have You. The Universe Has You. The Greater Purpose and Plan Has You. Your Teams Have You. You Are Truly Held. All The Way Through. Simply Slow Down and Be.
