Embodiment of Empowerment is not a course. It is a leading. A six week self-led practice of returning to the body, building safety from the inside out, and learning to live from presence rather than survival.
Drawing from over 20 years of mastery work, we move through all the bodies —the physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, energetic, and the pattern body. The field these bodies make up and vibrate as. This is for the dreamers, the psychics, the healers, the magical ones. For those who feel drained after being with others, who have known trauma, who tend to give themselves away. For those who are ready to stop outsourcing their healing and learn to hold their own field.
You will come to recognize when you've left your body and know how to return. You will learn to stop absorbing what isn't yours, to make decisions from clarity rather than survival. To listen to your emotions as the voice of the needs, and to respond accordingly, to regain trust with yourself… and that trust is the largest component of the healing.
Each week includes a teaching transmission in video and audio, somatic and shamanic guided practices, journal prompts, tracking tools, and a written integration check-in from Pearl. You will have email access throughout, a live weekly community call, and an online community group to walk beside you.
Your investment is real. This is not passive work. It asks your radical self awareness and self responsibility, your willingness, your commitment to yourself as the most worthy cause there is.
