An Invitation to Remember

To journey into the spaces of the Soul and embody the knowing and power that lies there. To remember our whole soul power, our lineage, our inherent strengths.

Through writing, teaching, and intimate mentoring, I hold space for this sacred journey inward. For the reclamation of what is always ours. For the embodiment of bringing that soul knowing into our body, our field, our Life.

Over 20 years, I've walked this path, integrating ancient wisdom with modern neuroscience, lived experience with divine guidance, practical healing with mystical insight. Alchemizing my own deepest wounds into the wisdom and strength I now share. And for 15 years, I've walked beside others as they journey home to themselves.

Writing

I write about transformation and the remembrance of our Soul’s Truth.  I share my experience in waking from dissociation and generational suffering, over and over again,  into Embodied Soul Power. How our body speaks to us and how to heal to the root of manifestations of dis-ease. Nourishing and rewiring the nervous system to reflect our transformation, so healing reaches across all levels, layers, depths, and dimensions.  Recalibrating old patterns to the higher codes of divine truth.  Anchoring heaven on Earth and claiming the empowerment that is our birthright.  On the Ceremony of Life and Death and all the crossroads in between.  Poetry and prose as it flows as I connect with the cosmos.  Astrological perspectives, our astral field,  and how to align with these stellar energies at play in our world for our highest outcome. I write to discover myself more deeply, and to encourage 
you to speak your truth and to share your story.

Teaching & Speaking

In my time of  privately mentoring clients on their journey into students into healers, I have found it to be one of my favorite ways to share the medicine .  It brightens my heart and is infinitely nourishing as I am able to utilize all of my channels in my teaching.  My students gain a depth of knowledge and personal experience based tools to aid and assist in their rising.  I now turn to work with groups, in excitement and gratitude, bringing transformational wisdom to groups ready to break through and anchor into their highest timeline.  

It is my passion to share tools and insight on the Soul's evolutionary path, clearing the way forward, embodying the Soul's power, connecting to the body and the wisdom held there, working with the body and our field in a conscious way, and working with the nervous system to recreate harmony in the experience of Life.

I have learned that we can mend, we can heal, we can feel whole again. When we can look fully in the face of our shadows, we can integrate the wholeness that we already are. And Embody gratitude for it all.
